Parents Rooms

Shopping with a new baby can be tricky as they always seem to need changing &/or feeding at an inconvenient moment!

When this happens and you are in an unfamiliar shopping centre, a small outing can turn into rather a drama.

The purpose of this section is to tell you where the parents rooms are located in the major shopping centres, so that you can plan your trip around a feed, or find a clean hygenic area to tend to your baby quickly if the need arises.

TIP: David Jones is well known secret amongst mothers for having very good parents rooms, so it is worth bearing this in mind. They are often located at one end of a large shopping centre, so planning your trip around a visit to DJ's can be very useful as it may avoid walking long distances back and forth to other shops before and after the parents room visit.

The parent's rooms in Westpoint provide facilities including bottle warmers, a microwave, change tables and private feeding rooms. Parent's Rooms are located on Levels 1, 2, 3 and On Four. The Customer Service Desk is located at Level 3 at the Myer end of the Centre, near Pumpkin Patch, Ph: 8825 2400 or email customerservice@westpointblacktown.com.au

Parents' rooms are located in David Jones (in the babies section - very good, clean & well equipped) and on the upper level, middle and lower levels as follows:-

• Upper Level: between Oxford and Oroton, the Piazza near the Commonwealth Bank ATM and near NRMA,
• Middle level: Near Tunz of Fun and next to The Body Shop
• Lower level: Near Unleash Books. 
• These rooms each contain a microwave oven, nappy dispensers, parent and child toilets and private feeding cubicles

Winston Hills

Parents' rooms located at either end of Mall near Big W and Food Court near the public toilets. Facilities include microwave, comfy chairs, TV, childrens play equipment, change tables, feeding areas.

Rouse Hill

2 parents rooms are available in the stage 1 section. One is located near the food terrace in the Woolworths section and one in the Coles section half way along the shopping centre. The website map shows the locations.

Stanhope Village

Parents rooms located in both sections of the shopping centre near public toilets. One is located opposite Coles in the corridor between Post Office & gift shop. The second is near the entrance closest to Coffee Guru in the shopping section containing Kmart.Facilities include baby change table, nappy bins, adult toilet and comfy lounge for feeding.
