Economic signals forcing more men and women into paid work for longer hours, with limited affordable childcare facilities, limited family support networks, uncertainty around gender role expectations, changing family models and increased anxiety around parenting are issues that are present in this community and are being addressed by the Rouse Hills Families Connect Project.
