The following rules specify the conditions under which persons may participate in the lottery to win one of the two $50 Coles Myer vouchers:

• Closing date and time for the receipt of entries in the lottery is 23rd January 2009 at 5pm.
• 2 prizes of $50 Coles Myer vouchers will be awarded to the first 2 valid entries which are randomly picked at the draw on the closing date of the competition.
• Entries must be current My Local Guide newsletter subscriptions at the closing date of the competition.
• Minimum age of the participants is 18 years old .
• Competition is open to Australia residents only, who live in the area covered by My Local Guide website (*see list of suburbs below).
• The draw will take place at Midlands Terrace on 26th January 2009 at 10am.
• Prize winners will be notified by email by midnight on 29th January and vouchers will be delivered by hand or mail, upon supply of a valid mailing address.
• Failure of a prize winner to respond to the notification email within 7 days will result in a follow up email. If no response is received within 3 months, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted at the same venue.
• Results of the lottery will be published on the website during February 2009.

• Entry into the competition through free newsletter subscription accepts the conditions of entry.
• All persons wishing to subscribe to the newsletter are welcome, including from persons not valid to enter the competition. Such subcriptions will be happily accepted, but not entered into the lottery.
