- We provide a counselling service for young people aged 12 to 20 years and their families.
- The service is free and is available to anyone who lives in the Hills/Parramatta area.
- Adolescence can be a difficult time for some young people who may experience conflict with their families, problems in school or
in relationships with their friends.
- Talking with a counsellor can help them to sort out these problems before they become too
serious.
- Parents can find that parenting adolescents is very challenging and find it helpful to talk to a trained family counsellor.
- Sometimes a family needs to talk to someone who can give them a new perspective and assist them to find better ways of
communicating with each other.
- Our counsellor is trained in Family Therapy and is a registered Psychologist, who
is very experienced in working with young people and their families
