FREE Mulching Service

Take your pruned trees and shrubs and have them mulched to take home to use on your garden

  • Mulching days first Saturday each month (exc. January) from 9.30am-2pm
  • Bookings essential - call 9843 0310 during business hours
  • Bidjiwong Community Nursery, Ted horwood Reserve, Renown Rd, Baulkham Hills (opposite Baulkham Hills Sporting Club) .
  • Provided by Hills Shire Council (may be available for residents of Hills Shire only - formerly Baulkham Hills Shire Council).

Free Composting and Worm Farm Workshop

  • 19 April 2009, 3.00pm-4.30pm
  • Location: BBQ area John Curtin Reserve, Cnr Huxley Dr & Dodson Cres, Winston Hills NSW
  • Learn stink-free composting, DIY Free organic compost, half your general waste, reduce green house gases.
  • Sustainability Street Winston Hills with Parramatta City Council are running a free Composting and Worm Farm workshop.
  • The workshop is intended for local residents but all are welcome.
  • Parramatta City Council residents could earn free compost bin or worm farm by attending 2 workshops (while stocks last & one per household).
  • Contact Cleanaway for other workshop opportunities.
